Fixed the missing disappearance of Gali.

Added Brickster Bot (LEGO Island)
Added skins for hair and a few other white only items.
Removed Build-A-Fig (SFM only). It's rather useless here as you can't color it.
Removed Exploding Bob Head (SFM Only). Not very useful in SFM.

Fixed the lack of models.
