Cleaned up the spelling for some items.
Removed some inaccessable scenes.
Removed some unused conversations.
Added a new loading screen image.
Change many scenes to use that image instead of Eiger.
Changed more scenes to it from the too bright default.
Spruced up the prologue scenes a bit.
