Changes for v1.3

- Fix PPSH chalk
- Fix some model placement
- Fix stuck player location
- Fix Staff Animation error on map launch post patch 23.05.2017
- Removed traversal and added clip on small wall in courtyard
- Replaced M1911 for Webley and higher price (webley has higher dmg)
- New Dragon Shield (thanks to Harry Bo21) - upgraded version will come in later patch

- Changed stat for FlameThrower to mod_burned
