nobody can see newer sprays they recently put on.

added "spraymon_nodelay" ULX access. Give it to group or user to let them spray without delay.
"spraymon_nodelay" convar now defaults to 0.
added "spraymon" console command - shows you sprays of all players on server.
"spraymon_nodelay" convar now can be set to -1: let everyone spray without delay.
fixed spraymon_nodelay 2 still allowing admins to sprays without delay.
Twilight Nobs, you are probably trying to type it on client. This is serverside addon, so you should type it into SRCDS console, use RCON or add it to server.cfg.
Tenshi, it's hard to disable overspraying because of players constantly coming and leaving. For example, P1 sprays something, P2, who is already on server sees it. But then P3 connects and he can't see that spray. But i'll think about it, maybe it'll work for round-based gamemodes.
