This addon causes major problems with the following addons;

- simfphys: the wheels are no longer connected properly after installing this addon.

- backround npcs/decent vehicles: npcs can't enter vehicles.

Please fix this addon.

I am having an issue where the parented props have no collision with the world itself. The only one that has collision is the prop everything is parented to. I tried using another tool like NoCollision to remove the no collide with world constraint, but it does not work. I am ok with the parented props not colliding with anything else, that's part of parenting, the problem is that if it tilts or anything the part falls through the world.

is this the original addon?

Doesnt save with duplicator so whats the point of this except for a one time use if you were making a complex car or something

Please add a Clear all Multi-Parents to the clean up menu in utilities. I duped a car I worked really hard on and not the multi parents break the car.

your mod breaks casinokit, i cant exit the seats, i had to go into singleplayer enabling addon after addon until i got to yours, please fix your player exit seat hook

even the "area" parent is just based on constraints so for our 1k+ prop cars and trains, this is not really that great. thankfully physical tool has area and even area size selection.

Would love for the multi unparent tool include area select.

Nothing on this site can parent right... This one cannot parent to npcs, but can select them for unparenting, but permanently breaks the physics on the unparented prop. The other one that can, the precision tool, can select and parent props to npcs, but cannot unparent them.

Could you please add an area unparent feature, just like the one on the parent tool, on the Unparenting tool? Would be very helpful. I would just spawn it with AdvDupe2 without parents but the creation is so big, i can't even dupe it in the first place.

Can someone help me with this? When I try to parent my space build ship together all the peices no-collide with the ground and my player except the peice they are patented to can you help?

Those criticising this tool don't know to use it in the correct manner, it's not some miracle tool, you have think about what you are doing, never parent the Base prop to anything parent all the other stuff to that, parent all your props except for the floors to the round purple wire gate and then parent the purple gate to the Base as for duplication, you will need to use the "advanced Duplicator 2" and use area select, look for Jackpody's tutorials on youtube, he has a very comprehensive video on parenting.... Anyway feedback time, I am running this on my server and it works a treat one criticism I have is that the instruction tells you to press shift and left click for area select, when it's actually e and left click... Other than it's brilliant, a lag free solution to having high prop contraptions :)

I am also suffering from the issue of objects no colliding with the world, making it virtually impossible to create a stable spaceship in Spacebuild. Another issue that appears to happen is whenever I walk inside the spaceship the ship will sort of shake a little bit and without warning I will fall out of the ship, or almost teleport to the ground.

It seems that this mod was abandoned and appears relatively unstable.

Don't think it will, but the objects still be parented in multiplayer or a dupe, if the other users don't have this tool?

I have the same problem as Wingnut, AdvDupe is not copying parented props. This was possible a couple of years ago (although I'm not sure if I was using this tool). Area duplication works fine, but it doesn't copy wire components, so it's not a solution.
