@Darkstar I'd suggest, after un-subbing, to manually delete the mod's folder and the ugc_1422287.mod file before re-subbing. That's the best advice i can give :/

@General Castor did you ever find a solution to the missing descriptor file issue? I've tried unsubbing and resubbing repeatedly but it hasn't solved the issue.

@General Castor Unsub and resub to the mod. This update added a descriptor to the mod; if the launcher is telling you it's still missing then it means your local copy is in the old ZIP format.

Update broke the mod for me, launcher keeps saying it's missing the descriptor file

any update ?
TurtleShroom 28. feb. 2020 kl. 12:22
I am actually working an universal patch for that.
TurtleShroom 28. feb. 2020 kl. 12:21
You are aware that you can use Events to make any Species a subspecies of another, regardless of its Species Class, right?
Lavo  [ophavsmand] 28. feb. 2020 kl. 12:15
Because humanity are humanoids. We didn't want to make a special portrait group for Halo humans as that would cause oddities with regards to diplomacy, i.e. humans thinking other humans aren't human.
TurtleShroom 24. feb. 2020 kl. 17:07
Why not just move them into their own Species Class altogether?
TurtleShroom 14. okt. 2019 kl. 10:01
I assume that this moves the unique Humanoids to their own Species Class?

Thank you so much for giving us this option

Please update to latest version.
TJS184 10. maj 2019 kl. 17:26
That makes sense and thought that may have been the original reasoning. Thanks for the response.
Lavo  [ophavsmand] 10. maj 2019 kl. 10:16
Given that UNSC humans are humanoids, we do not wish to do that, as them being in a unique species would mean they have different diplomacy effects with other humanoids.
TJS184 10. maj 2019 kl. 4:44
That's not to say its just *that* easy but surely if you knew how to add it to the humanoid species in the first place you could add it to a custom group
TJS184 10. maj 2019 kl. 4:42
Yeah can they just be added to another species group or something? I mean why can't it be patched to be compatible with the humanoids DLC?
키으기 21. jan. 2019 kl. 2:01
Thank you I'll use it well
Palynium 19. dec. 2018 kl. 3:47
Does it have to remove them? Wouldn't it be more effective to move them to a new species group?
