to get the flags:

1. Go to addons tab (at the very bottom of the spawnlists)
2. Scroll down to the very bottom (or until you see something labeled "flags")
3. Spawn in the flags, and enjoy! (You can also add them to your main spawnlists for ease of access, but that's just a me thing. You also change the flag by going to the skins tab by right-clicking in the C menu as I call it)
