EDIT: This Mod DOES work in V2.3 with Planetary Diversity. Unfortunately, it does not work when you select to start on a special planet, like a Crystal World.

This Mod does not work in V2.3 with Planetary Diversity. I tried to start as a custom Silicon Empire, and my Empire suddenly disappeared as soon as I started the game. Game over! I'll try it without it, but I don't think it'll work.

Tested it. It brings to 2.2 all the features of the animated Silicoid portraits by Silphae.
Please buddy, put a description on your mod. It helps very much us curious players :)
