navmesh optimizer

I try to generate a navmesh for nextbots but it keeps freezing at a certain point. can you make this exact same map but with a navmesh already put into it?

I remember back in the day toxicious was using this map.

Finally a train map that doesn't require hl2 episode 1/2 or cs:go! And there's plenty of nice, level track.
