Hi proteus124. The clock hand thing is done on purpose, it's a joke. Clocks are also damaged. I'm checking the sound. In theory it should only sound when you are near Westminster. and not every 2 seconds but every 5 minutes. It works fine for me, but I'm still investigating. Greetings.
