Lots of missing textures. Unfortunate, because this map is GORGEOUS so far. Hopefully they patch that because I really do recommend this. :)

Despite being a map from 2012 and was "polished". It still feels rushed with funky tree collisions & foliage clipping through the basement of the house.

This is really nice. However there seems to be some odd issue with bullet impacts having weird bright colors and they produce a lot of lag. Try spawning some NPCs with weapons and you will see what I mean. Quite a shame, I really wanted some NPC battles on this map.

I can't believe this map was made back in 2012, cause it looks like masterpiece! Аlso your beautiful car pack, which has no equal addon in quality in the whole workshop! Very lovely and cozy map :3

Finally, always loved this map. Its a nice addition to all those more urban maps we have nowdays too. But back in 2012 this would have been one of the most polished ones
