That one also has unlimited weapons in the secret room, limited on some ammo types though. Also did away with the buttons alltogher, just a keypad.

Well it wouldn't be too hard for me to copy and paste it from my other level, change the code, just the whole compiling, fixing the reflections and uploading it to the workshop is a pain.

I do have a 3rd ph map, ph_awesome_containership_xxl_map. definitely my most elaborate, especially with some of the logic in it. Oh yeah, we do 4 minute rounds but obviously our hunters are blinded and froze for 35 seconds so techincally get a good 3.4 minutes of hunting. - I would work with my team but as you know, kids love weapons so it would be a case of first man wins to the room lol.

Im not sure how I would go adding it on my own, I havn't used hammer for years! haha. - Do you have any more awesomeness maps avilable or just the two? :)

The keypad was something I didn't try with my first map (this one). I've always thought about adding a keypad to this one, but not at the top of my priority list at the moment.

it takes about 3 mins to do on your own, could always work with team mates to accomplish it quicker though. Didn't know any servers used less than 5 mins, thought it was standard since all the ones i've played on were 5.

Yeah, its imspossible to get all 10 buttons within the 3 minute round.. you should have added a keypad.

The AK dispenser is the last one. The door can be opened if you get all 10

I've found 9 of them. The fake AK dispenser is not the 10th, it didn't work. I've been turning the map upside-down in single player mode looking for the lat one but I can't find it. I've gotten:

Library above vent
Behind boxes on 2nd floor
Men's bathroom
Tech room
Hidden room
Generator room
Balcony next to red light
Room across from the library one level up in that cage area
Kitchen

Just a counter and a function I believe, simple logic controls. You can find plenty off tutorials on youtube for Hammer, if you are interested in making your own levels.

Ok and how did you set it up that the player had to press all the buttons to open the door?

There were only 2 things I imported, everythiing else is Half-Life 2 stuff

Yea, I think he was, he can't die, but shooting him will hurt you

It's a death animation, for some reason it loops them all together like a weird dance.

There's 3 in the statue room/tech room area

I've found 9 buttons
Can't find the last one, i've followed the logic of basically one per room, (i know, not really, but ehhh)

I've found 4 on the second floor, one between first and sec, 2 in the statue room, one in spawn, and one in the garage.


Any tips for this last button?

Try some bookcase parkour. There might also be a hidden ladder somewhere around there to help ;)

how do you get to the button on the vent in the library room? i can't get close enough

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not planning any update for this map atm. I really think it is big enough, so I don't think I want to expand it any further. There are 2 secret rooms, one being opened by those buttons (with a hula girl in it). There are several hidden ladders around the map as well.

yeah i got that idea but some of them seem really well hidden. Great work with the map and all, but i feel that yiu should add more secrets other than the buttons. maybe that ladder on the second floor that leads up to the ceiling can open up into a secret room filled with small props, like hula girls, remotes, etc.

Thanks. If you're having trouble finding the buttons, look behind stuff. The buttons themselves are visable, but some are hidden behind things, etc.
