This worked for me i belive, i hope it will work for you.
I hope I actually fixed the paths.
I do not own the rights to many of the existing skins, nor can I really do any ATM.
I can try get permission to upload one of the skins, so we'll see. Otherwise, no A-Team skin for now.
It is likely the map you are using, or your mat_specular setting. Some maps may make your textures extremely shiny or dull. If your mat_specular is set to 0, this is the cause. Go to console and type "mat_specular 1" and see if that helps, if not, it may be the map you are playing on thats causing the dullness. There is also the method of changing the skins by using the context menu (C by default) and right clicking on the vehicle, and changing the skin, some are matte, some are shiny.
