In extras, a CG in chapter four is named "Dengissaer". What does it mean?

I was wondering why it was taking so long for the Love Our Parks Edition to be released, even though it was supposed to happen today. Turns out the issue is that the developers had initially planned to handle it as an entirely new release, which I'd put on my wishlist. But they then dropped the plan and repurposed the old release instead. I only noticed this when I noticed the new release page had suddenly been changed to warn people that it's not being used after all. So now I'm curious. What happens to ...
