Been going to the construction site daily..achievement not dropping...How do I get this please?

Apparently the creator of this game decided to tag his product with "6DOF". I think it's apparent that this is not a 6DOF game. Is there a way to have such erroneous tags removed?

How do you get this achievement? Is it random or is there certain things you have to do. I assume you go to the toilet and he'll randomly appear, just like how the president randomly appears. But, I've been checking the toilet for days and have not seen him pop up yet......

I'm literally stuck in the hallway with no idea what to do. I can go around and beat people up but that's it, eventually I die because I take too much damage even with full strength. Random teachers show up and I can try talking to them but all I get is the same reply which kills my happiness. Even when resetting my character and putting in full charisma and intelligence, I still get the same response. I don't get tired fast enough and when I do I sleep and my food goes down.
