Noot noot everyone!

Wondered where we've been? We'll the answer is Detective Penguin! A spin-off based in the world of the Penguin Saga, which has gained some popularity on social media. We decided to make this game to give something to the fans who have been watching all the Penguin Saga videos.

Detective Penguin is a story-based, singleplayer, spin-off of Penguin Heist. The game is set in Penguin Village that you already know very well, but this time with a lot of improvements and new areas to facilitate the new story. Your task is to use your wits and flippers to go from rookie to professional in a series of Penguin Village mysteries.

Great news for Penguin Heist too! The new Penguin Village and all improvements that have been made to the core systems will be implemented in Penguin Heist, and you will soon see an update containing all these goodies. We will make a post later to talk about all of this and what this will mean for the future of the Penguin Universe.

We hope you will enjoy this detour into the mysteries of Penguin Village!

yes im getting the black screen, no the pinned post isn't helping

to give any details that may possibly help, the game opens up, shows "Made by that fish and by that other fish", then it changes to a slightly lighter shade of black (dark gray-sh?? idk lol), them the window turns transparent and i see my desktop,and if i click on anything a white screen appears with the classic "Penguin Heist has stopped working". as said above, yes i've tried clearing my save folder, but didnt work yes i verified the intergrity of game files, yes i restarted steam, yes i restarted my pc...

Lagging in enemy kill and general lagging after many enemies killed

Hi, General game lagging seems solved with Performance Update but there is also some lag and graphic issues after some enemies are killed (especially after military forces arrive). Some issues seen (in Military Base): - Lag when a bullet or a grenade reach an enemy - Green surface instead of blood in killed enemies Many enemies are killed and greatest is the lag. After 20-30 kills, there is a big general lagging (worst than before performance upgrade). My HW/SW: Win 10 x64 OS, ATI RX 550 GPU, AMD 2700X...

Game lagging after latest update

Hi, after latest update (that claim to improve a lot performances with terrains load code refactoring) seems causing lagging when the penguin moves at high speed (ex: jatpack or ship in research station heist). I left graphic settings unchanged, here a screen: https://www.imagebam.com/view/MEUDL3C Also putting them all (except resolution) at the minimum (including "retro" graphic level) does not fix the lag.
