The game is good, but targeting is very frustrating especially when it tries to put in all the healing mechanics known to players currently which includes damaging foes.

More user friendliness has to be done to expand the interactable area for hover healing as it's extremely common to lose a run because the wrong target was inexplicably selected.

I really wanted to like this game and think it's a good concept but poorly executed.

It lacks polish but it also has more fundamental issues. It's like this game was rushed from an early state to release.

On the polish side, some issues I have with it are things like:
-Lack of customization for the UI (obviously I'm not expecting a UI as powerful as WoW's, but even just being able to move the party health bars would be nice)
-If the party health bars are in front of a party member's model, you can only click on the model.
-There's no target portrait. It does have one for the last enemy you targeted, but it just stays there when you target a party member to heal them, even though you're no longer targeting the enemy.
-All three of these work together to be a big pain where you are trying to keep the tank alive only to realize after casting that you weren't even targeting the tank because the mage's model was behind the party health bars.
-The player's model remains facing straight ahead while strafing, which isn't a huge issue but looks dumb.

More fundamental issues:
-It's not so much an mmo healer sim as a party management + mmo healer sim. Your party are more like pets that you can only command as a group and one will stand in the fire until you tell the whole group to move. I don't want to play a frustrated party leader that has to direct everything, I just want to heal some dungeons and raids.
-You also need to manage gear for a continually changing set of party members.
-The gear is all very basic. Which helps I guess for managing it for the whole party, but kinda makes it feel pointless.
-I didn't keep with it long enough to make it out of the first dungeon, so maybe this changes (though I bet it applies to each dungeon), but everything is very repetitive. It's a procedurally generated layout with only basic walls and pillars to build the level and groups of enemies that look the same but have different abilities and names. There's a floor with trash mobs and shops followed by a boss floor.
-The boss fights themselves do have some more variety and might even be one of the best aspects of the game, but it's ruined IMO by needing to micro manage the whole party.

So no, I don't recommend this game at this point, but it continues to receive updates and I really hope they address the issues mentioned because this has a lot of potential to be a great game. Maybe add some player AIs for great, decent, and awful versions of each character that understand gear (maybe some better than others) and roll on drops instead of making me manage everything. Could even add some team banter/drama for flavour (just don't make it bleed into the gameplay itself).

Its pretty interesting, there are a number of builds as far as your own character and your team.

As many other reviews say, it is very much a party manager/movement coordinator as it is a healing game. It is a bit frustrating at first but becomes easier the longer you play.

Its not a very long or extensive game. Got up to the final area in about 8 hours. All the zones are crypt-like areas. It's all in all a very clunky but fairly enjoyable game. Probably wait for a sale.
