It looks like it should be 200MB max, why is it 1,5GB?

I tried to reinstall the game even from other sources, searched all local data folders, but I can't find save files or somehow reset the game. It always launches from the same spot

Seeing as there's no content warning on the store page, what type of creepy stuff is in here? (im mainly interested in knowing if there's screamers, i don't do well with those most of the time)

And I'm assuming you can save?
