How's everyone doing

I can't get through the kitchen door at the beginning of chapter 3. I've seen in several gameplay videos that the door is open by default, but in my case, it is always closed. Even when I restart the checkpoint or the game, the door remains closed. Does anyone have a solution or has anyone experienced the same problem?...

I booted up the game for the first time and when i tried pressing keys on my keyboard it didn't work. i then looked at the store page and it said it only worked with a controller so i plugged in my controller and it still didn't work. Anyone got a fix for me to try?...

Does the game end at the bakery?

we tried playing from different laptops and we couldnt, we tried playing with the same laptop, we plugged both controllers and still only 1 person could play. This game doesn't have enough instuctions!!
