it is a good game and many bricks to break in the wall. and there is a good selection of guns though i just used the pistol for most of my playthrough because it has infinite ammo. i wish i could fish though

10 out of 10 would shoot the wall again in DLC!

It's a Dexter Manning game, so it has the trademarks of a British comedian voice actor who loves to talk, and who loves putting random humor in his YouTube video skits and games. Either you like his style or you really really hate it, my review won't affect that much.

For this game, the gameplay I'd rate 4/10 just looking at the basic mechanics alone. You use a pea shooter pistol, a shotgun, an assault rifle and a sniper rifle to shoot 1 x 1 x 1 bricks until you get past the wall to the other side and advance the story with some twists.

Starting out, I'd recommend blasting yourself a tunnel that is 3 x 5 blocks wide (3 wide and 5 tall) (any smaller and you'll get stuck, you don't need the tunnel to be larger). You'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.

The basic pistol is decent when upgraded.

The shotgun isn't very effective.

The assault rifle does decent damage but it burns through ammo too fast to be of real use.

The most efficient weapon is the sniper rifle, it does good damage and it specializes in multi block penetration. Try to focus on buying and upgrading this one.

Weapon upgrades and cash do not carry over between levels, don't bother trying to shoot extra blocks to horde money.

The humor is okay, it's Dexter Manning and his friends rambling about random tangents. 8/10 if you like Dexter Manning's brand, otherwise it's another 4/10 if you really don't like him, his haircut, and the air he breathes (not that I could really blame you for the latter.)

Edit: Finished levels 2, 3 and 4 in two hours, somehow.

For levels 2 and 3, there are impenetrable sections of the wall, so the sniper rifle becomes much less valuable. Given ammo scarcity, you're best off using the pistol due to infinite reserve ammo, and upgrading damage, bullet bounce, number of bullets, and bullet magazine. I'd also recommend using a macro to save time with all the clicking.

Level 4 is a straight shot like level 1, so it's less tedious.

The ending was... somewhat anti-climatic and random in tone, but it is a Dexter Manning title.

Is it worth $5? ($3 on sale plus tax?) I hesitate to say yes.
