$10 so I can store the dongle... why wasn't this in the original design? It was one of the most glaring flaws when the original steam controller released. This better ship with all future steam controllers

One of my children broke the latch that locks the door into the controller. So, time to buy a replacement. The store says: COMING SOON for me. While in the search results (in steam) it says $9.99. Is this item only available to people living in the USA? Not outside of the usa (eg. Australia, like where I am) ??...
