It simple this group was made, to appreciate and thank others around you. Not much them get a simple thank you for a lot work they do behind the curtins. Maybe even if it small fix or big fix. Maybe you made a outsider feel like there part of the family. Or maybe your the one who does so much work for others you don't even get a simple ty or good pat on the back.
