Here at Atheris Shipyards we focus on three simple goals: Firepower, Design and Luxury. We produce high quality military ships for Space Engineers that mostly share these three features. If you have any questions or want to join our group, just ask one of the Administrators / Moderators.

History of Atheris Shipyards:

It all started with Gripton's "Arrowhead Mk.3" fighter. Wanting to improve upon the beautiful, but inefficient design, Königscobra started working on a refit and added thrusters on the outside (which the Arrowhead did initially not have) and drastically changed the hull into the spiky, but elegant shape that's now a main characteristic of Falchion's ships. That refit is also where the unusual paintjob originated from. After all of the changes the ship barely even resembled the original Arrowhead, so it got a new name: Vipera

About a month after that, when the "Dog Fighting League" had been announced by the Youtubers LSG and EctoSage, Gripton and Königscobra wanted to enter a ship and chose the Vipera, which was, after a few changes to make it more maneuverable and follow the guidelines, uploaded to the workshop as the "Vipera DLV".

Of course we didn't stop improving on the design after that, and the Vipera's unexpected success (Receiving lots of positive reviews and the most downloads of any DFL entry) filled us with confidence. (Thanks everyone ;) )
Sadly the Vipera wasn't chosen to participate in the DFL, so we uploaded the finalized design, that we initially wanted to keep private, under the name "Vipera ASV". But all of the great feedback kept us motivated, so we started working on new, more ambitious ships like the Ascia. And we still are. ;)

We have two different workshop collections:

Lore collection: Contains all ships that are (or will be) featured in ASY's lore. All creations in this collection follow our 3 basic rules: Having a Latin name, being painted in Atheris' signature colors: White/silver, dark grey and lime green and of course featuring the distinct sharp and aggressive design of other ASY ships.

Member collection: Contains all ships built by ASY members, as long as they want their creation to be added to the collection. These ships of course don't all have to follow our basic rules.
