Welcome to Digital Legion! (dl*)

Founded on June 4th 2003 in the original MMOFPS Planetside under our original name, The 58th Marine Corp (The Wildcards), we fought for the New Conglomerate on the Werner server. As an outfit we experienced fantastic success; having one of the most organised and skilled player base in the game and at our peak we were a leading force in the formation and management of the NC Werner Alliance (NCWA).

Since Planetside we have played countless games as a community, from the Battlefield Series to Call of Duty, World of Warcraft to Star Wars: The Old Republic, Command and Conquer to Starcraft, we have a genuine love of video games!

Despite our craving for competition, we are at heart a casual friendly community of likeminded gamers. We're exceptionally diverse, with members from all over the world and all walks of life, however we can be considered a European community as where the bulk of our members reside. English is our common language in Digital Legion.

Part of having a great community is making sure we effectively manage the boring day-to-day stuff: accepting new members, keeping the forum structure useful, keeping the infrastructure together and the lights on. Recently, we've been feeling the strain as our numbers swell and our admins get stuck dealing with the boring rubbish that is 'real-life'.

So, without further ado, we are chuffed to bits to welcome HudsonLv426 to the admin team! HudsonLv426 has been with the community for nigh-on a decade, and in that time has shown himself to not only be utterly pr0 at every game, but more importantly a friendly, mature, even-handed and plain lovely bloke!

He will add his powers to the existing team, while Vegas and Chillpill will take more of a back-seat. As ever, feel free to come and speak to us, or ask us for anything you want or need, and we will do our best to help!
