Also because I wanted to claim the ⊰⑨⊱ sign.

"Fuscina" means "trident" in Latin.
"⊰" is spelled as "precedes under relation" and "⊱" is spelled as "succeeds under relation" both having nothing to do with tridents except for the general look. They also kind of look like Cirno's wings.
