New Group Chat for Steam Beta users

Everyone using the new Steam Beta can tell Sampo or Me (ral) to get invited into our new Jump to Victory group chat.

The new Steam feature copied Discord a bit: https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/updates/chatupdate

If you're not on the Beta Client, you'll be invited to the Group Chat as soon as it's in the stable release of Steam.

Still can vote for which Guild Hall you prefer (also can change your vote if you learned more about a Guild Halls which changed your mind).
