a starchy plant tuber that is one of the most important food crops, cooked and eaten as a vegetable. In the beginning, when all manner of things were being created, God was in the habit of tasting all newly created foods, both cooked and raw, testing them for flavor and texture to maintain perfect quality control. One day, He took a big bite of a cooked beet. He spat it out, chugged a flagon of apple juice, and immediately created the delicious potato as an apology to anyone who might ever happen to eat a beet.
At the Official Potato Club we stand for potatoes and all that they stand for, we salute their versatility and deliciousness. Potatoes can be made into anything from fries to mashed potatoes and we respect them for that reason. In conclusion we love potatoes!
