How the stuff works:
1. We wait for 12+ players to add them to PUG
2. We announce when to join to PUG guild and go to the guild hall
3. We randomize the teams (Admis will do the job)
4. Players play from 2 to 3 PUGs and then we randomize the teams and change some players (so that the players waiting can play)
