Yesterday was a big day. "Why?" you ask. Because yesterday was August 14th: exactly one month away from the start of the fall 6v6 season.

So what does this mean?

It means it's time to get super cereal, pun intended. Well, let's not say "super cereal". Perhaps "moderately cereal" is more appropriate.

Matches are every Wednesday, and I'm thinking it will be best to hold practices twice a week. Additionally, we should probably start getting out onto the battlefield next week to go over teamwork, strategy, and a brief introduction to competitive play (for those who have not played 6v6 before).

We will be practicing on tf2lobby(tf2lobby.com) and will occasionally hold some scrims with other teams.

So, what I need from you all are your availabilities so that we can get started!

Puppy Chow

9 cups Crispy Hexagons
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips.

2. Microwave for one minute then stir to blend all ingredients thoroughly. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well.

3. Place the 9 cups of Crispy Hexagons cereal in a large bowl.

4. Pour the peanut butter-chocolate mixture over the cereal and toss evenly, making sure all the cereal gets a good covering.

5. Place the powdered sugar in a large bag.

6. Add the peanut butter-chocolate cereal mixture to the bag, leaving enough room for the puppy chow to be shaken.

7. Shake the bag vigorously to evenly coat each piece of the puppy chow with powdered sugar.
