Crusadecraft is a historical minecraft roleplay server set in 11th century Sicily. An island were significant cultures and religions collide on an important crossroad of the world. In Crusadecraft you create your own character and forge your own destiny! Travel across the high quality, immersive map that we offer to you. Settle down as a peaceful farmer, take part in court intrigue, become a wealthy merchant. The opportunities are infinite, it is up to you to decide which role to take upon in society and to contribute to the pages of history.

The year is 1066 AD. The Arabian Kalbid dynasty who ruled sicily for the course of 200 years is left weakened after a power struggle carved up the once might Emirate of sicily. Emir Muhammad am-Kalbi, the last Kalbid, rules over western Sicily and the capital city of Bal’harmo (Palermo). This flourishing trade-city and the lands surrounding it is the realm in which our server is set. It plays host to: The Arab elite. Colonisers who founded an unprecedented flourishing society in Sicily; Sicilians, many who converted to Islam en-masse and others who staunchly cling to the Greek language and Catholic faith; The Jews, whose sizable community found opportunity to live without persecution and establish their trades.
