Anyone who is a fan of the beautiful Dreamhack 2014 Holographic stickers!

I love Dreamhack 2014 Holos!

I know there are many groups dedicated for DH14, however..

I am creating this group specifically to share my incredible love for the criminally underrated holographic stickers. I will share some knowledge about them, and hopefully you too may come to love them :)

There are six (6) holographic stickers from the Dreamhack 2014 Winter major tournament. These include as follows:

• Sticker | Cloud9 (Holo) | Dreamhack 2014

These stickers were chosen by Valve to be the holographic stickers because as they are the Legends from the Top 8 in Cologne 2014.[liquipedia.net]

Besides one-off stickers such as the Katowice 2014 Reason (Holo), they are the only true square stickers in CS:GO.

Why does this matter? Size always matters !
Due to the shape, these stickers are some of the largest in the entire game, if not THE largest. Some may see this as a downside, but in my humble opinion, if one is buying a craft, they may want to see them in all of their holographic glory.

Besides this point, compared to other holographic stickers like this, these are relatively cheap. Many 4x crafts can go for well under 40%, sometimes even hitting sub 20% sticker price! As for 3x, they can get as cheap as 10% on some weapons.

However, this is not an end-all-be-all price check for these crafts.
These are just some great examples of how underrated these stickers are. Considering that Katowice 2015 stickers can be double, triple, or quadruple the price of Dreamhack 2014 stickers, I believe these holos are forgotten quite often. There are many obvious reasons for why this may be, however it is my belief that a large part of the price difference is simply the demand, not simply just the fantastic looks.

To be quite honest with you: No.

I know many people love to invest in stickers because of the massive demand that surround popular ones. However, that is not what Dreamhack 2014 is:

I am merely interested in them because nobody else is. I was accidentally introduced to them when a friend had first given me a cheap, scratched-up AK-47 Redline with iBuyPower papers. Ever since that day, I fell in love with these boxy, unnecessarily large statement pieces that always seem to catch my eye when I pull out a weapon with them on it.

The fact that almost nobody wants these, that nobody cares for them, that so many dismiss them simply because of their shape... Honestly? It boggles my mind.

However, you know the old saying:
If everyone believes these are so awful, well then that is perfect, because it means they are cheaper for me to buy more of them :). However, I would certainly hope at least some people find the beauty in them, and share the same joy I get whenever I have them.
