I usually don’t talk much about performance but we are experimenting with Unity 5 and noticed some amazing performance improvements. From our initial tests there seems to be an automatic 80% performance gain. Once we get speed tree working and some of the other A11 optimizations we’ve done there could be further gains. We’re not sure when we will get Unity 5 integrated but when we do it could be really good. We hope to cram it into A11 but until we do some extensive testing we don’t know if there are any serious compatibility issues yet. Anyhow, this is exciting stuff, not to mention the visual improvements and sound engine improvements that come with it.
