Late Night Lounge/Movie Nights

Last night @animeistrash brought up an old endeavor of mine, the Late Night Lounge (My own take at an Adult Swim inspired show on Twitch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2O4uQfvufhk). Basically when Ken mentioned that it made me think.. using Watch2Gether I can recreate that, with much less work on my end (why I eventually had to stop doing it).

So I announce to you, the return of the Late Night Lounge, which is basically just our weekly Saturday movie nights made prettier and more aesthetic. Nothing changes in the fact that we just, watch movies together. The location is different, we'll now be using http://moonbasevidya.wixsite.com/moonbase/movie. It has it's own chat and everything.

The Lounge will be used for anything any Moonbase nerd wants to show off really. It will be running 24/7 running a large shuffled playlist of videos that WE decide to put in (which you can use #movie-night-preshow to do in both channels) I'm also going to be building large music playlists for it to play along with the videos 24/7. (If you're a Vinesauce fan from days past, this is basically the autopilot that livestream.com had). I think it'll be a really awesome little thing that we have as a group, and since it relys on you guys as well, it'll be dope.

The Lounge will be every Saturday where we watch a couple movies, and maybe some dumb videos as long as we all want/stay awake. An idea has also been brought up to use it for an anime sort of night, where we watch the first couple episodes of an anime together on the Lounge. That's an idea I really want to do as well. All of the Moonbase nerds will have access to it, allowing anyone to do a movie/anime/whatever night any night they want. B) Mods may also have access as well.

I'M SUPER EXCITED FOR THIS. I THINK IT'S GONNA BE FUN SO LOOK FORWARD TO LOUNGE/MOVE NIGHT EVERY SATURDAY FROM HERE ON OUT. POSSIBLY MORE.

We want to make this an enjoyable place for anyone to hang out in. With that said, please be respectful to not only the streamers/mods.. but to everybody who chats here. This means don't be rude, no ♥♥♥♥/transphobia, use common sense, and generally.. don't be a ♥♥♥♥ :^)

BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE, we recommend you go to the bottom left of the discord page/app and click the gear icon on the bottom left!
In there you can change your display picture as well as any other settings, such as TURNING OFF AUDIO NOTIFICATIONS FOR MESSAGES SO YOU DON'T GO CRAZY, and/or entering/leaving channel noises. We also HIGHLY recommend you enable Push To Talk, as it'll help everybody in the same voice channel if you have a lot of background noise or anything.

The Channels on the left are organised into topics, Please try to post in the right place. Each channel also has a Topic at the top which explains information about that channel. If you don’t like a particular channel, you can right click and mute the channel.

Feel free to start off in the #lounge channel introduce yourself or anything you'd like to share with everyone.
