The Luxor Release

The Luxor Release
An Egyptian styled map that will have you go treasure hunting through an ancient tomb. This man contains many unique routes with polished visuals. The map contains 1 bonus that will test your timing abilities. This map is made by Turtlez aka (PBS) who has made numerous other PF classics such as underground and vortex.

Outerwall Update
Also being updated in this content release is a new 5th bonus for Outerwall as well as other visual fidelity, performance & quality of life improvements. This update is thanks to both Horiuchi and Beepin!

Content Update (12/11/2022)
- New map: pf_luxor_r7
- pf_outerwall_v1b → pf_outerwall_v3b

Plugin Update (12/11/2022) code changes made by Horiuchi
- New mapper trigger "giveboost" Grants infinite boost while inside and boost persists after leaving
- You can no longer interact with pipes while noclipping

The Summer's End Update: III
As we continue our 1 year of Long Term Support for Parkour Fortress after going open source on GitHub, we have some updates for gameplay as well as updates to the website. We are also excited to showcase two new maps: Outer Wall by Horiuchi and Needle by Melkaya!

Website Updates
The parkour.tf Website (https://parkour.tf/site) has received a graphic overhaul thanks to Lucas Nimny, Horiuchi and Beepin. Profiles now exist on the website and can be accessed by selecting a player's name on the leaderboard or map information.
Profiles display the following information:
- Information relating to top times players have
- Times per map as well as bonus and stage times
- Display for medals when one is earned for the map that spins when hovered over
- Iridescent Medals will show when a top 10 time is obtained

Medals Update
Each map has been given bronze, silver, and gold medal time that can be checked via the website. When completing a map, a player will now be awarded with their respective medal. Note, medals will be rewarded regardless of if a personal best is achieved.

Map Releases
- Outer Wall by Horiuchi is a Cave Story style map with many unique routes. This map contains 4 bonuses each varying in difficulty. This map has excellent route design and a very interested cosmetic.

- Needle by Melkaya is a want to be the guy style map with difficult platforming and precise jumps. This map contains 2 stages each varying in difficulty. This will be showcased today as a beta test to be refined to be released at a later point.

Content Update (9/17/2022)
- New map: pf_outerwall_v1a
- New map: pf_needle_final

Plugin Update (9/17/2022)
- Fixed multiple server crashing issues
- New command "sm_boost" Gain a speed boost when the timer is disabled.
- New mapper trigger "infinitejump" Grants infinite jumps along with a 1.5x jump height boost
- Fixed an issue related to sliding/wallrunning into triggers

hand animations also seem not to work anymore, a mod on the discord said "The viewmodels don't download for some reason so you have to toggle them off with /pf_animations" but i typed this in console and it didnt work so idk

also the website for the server is down as well as the server not showing in the community servers when i type parkour to look for it, idk how to side climb there should be a tutorial here

also i have a gmod style error where are the content packs im supposed to download from workshop to get rid of them
