Just letting you all know that, after this week, yours truly will be dropping from SoE. I've had a great time playing with you all the last 8 months (less for some of you), but to be honest, I'm tired of trying to push you guys (and myself) and not getting anywhere. We've been going hard the last couple weeks, but I feel like we've hit a plateau, and have been for quite some time. So consider this my 1-weeks notice of resignation for the position of leader and Core Medic of Silence of Equality 2.0. I've been feeling it for a while, but only now does it feel somewhat justified. To those of you who haven't been with us long, sorry if it seems like a big "F U". I hope you guys will keep the team going after this week, if not, well, you're welcome to join me as I traverse the internet searching for a new team.

And on that note, I'm out.
