Making custom mlp server for us

Hello everypony, I know that I have not been active as an admin on here by posting events and announcements and stuff so i decided its abotu time I show a little dedication to those who joined. I have found a place where I can rent tf2 servers for free for up to 10 hours a week and if I did that i would want to make a pony server, Is anyoen here good with modding or know any good plug-ins I should include?
