Membership Minutes 9/27/19

1. Leadership will present a consistent and structured format for members to partake in.
-There will be 3-4 ops posted weekly.
-weekly alternation between training and member meetings.
-all weekly ops will be posted by Sunday and sent out to the website and social medias.
-1 monthly PvP operation will be coordinated and executed for enjoyment.

2. The standard will be to help any new members integrate and assimilate. This will come in the form of the following:
-Buddy system to assist new/slower players get up to speed with the group.
-Recruiting protocol review for leaders to follow.
-Orientation overview (RSI app, Division selection, website and discord channel review)

3. Star Citizen Organization items:
-We remain in the top .5% in activity and only 11 groups larger than us more active than us at the time of the meeting. Measures will be taken to improve this to attract more dedicated players. Leadership gives professional structure, members are expected to be professional.
-Reservist rank for more inactive players. Fireteams formed based on member activity.
-Purge vote initiated to remove RSI org members not within the discord.
-3 month time limit to ensure 4ACE is your main org and you have no hidden affiliations.
-Attendance standard: there will be no more waiting for persistence or progress. Our goal is to execute swift action upon persistence, not focus on orienting/training members. Members will attend ops/training or will be purged. 3 month time limit for review before purge.
*EXCEPTION: do not have the game or pc to be able to play. In that case stay active in the discord, meetings and other gaming events.
-Recruiting goal is to acquire adults who are independently motivated and able to manage their personal lives effectively to uphold standards of the group.

4. Star Citizen Leadership and Progress:
-Fire team roll out. First fire teams formed and presented. Fire team members may trade members for more active/efficient members to incentivize activity and participation. Reservists will be placed in reservist fire teams. Be a member that people want on their team.
-Goal is for leaders to start training on a unit level vs. Org level. Fleet Admiral posts Fleet wide ops. Division Admirals post Division focused ops. Fire team leaders organize their mates for cohesion ops (but not formally posted).
-Fire team leaders do not post ops. They simply find when all fire team members can play and get them together to play dedicated together to increase cohesion and efficiency.
-Chain of command will be tiered in threes. Once 3 fire teams are formed, a commander rank will be placed. Once 3 commanders are commanding 3 fire teams, a Captain rank can be placed. Building from the top down.
-Division Admiral duties: collection, team organization/transfers, mission planning, recruiting, op hosting rotation, bring FT leaders into trello.

5. Outfit Administration:
-All events are posted on the website. All events are EST.
-Push to talk is required. Voice activation will be back when people can regulate properly.
-Adjutants to be more like congress and SC leadership like generals with separation. Adjutants guide outfit wide decisions and do not interfere with in game leadership.
-Coming soon: RSS info feeds to discord and the website.
-DeeCav voted as newest Adjutant on Adjutant council.
