Europe, a now desolate and mysterious wasteland, sits as the final result and reminder of World War Three. Despite any foreign intervention or U.N. aid, Europe is a lost cause; there is no going back to how it used to be. Paramilitary groups, survivors, and bandits all fight for control of resources and supplies left over from the war or airdropped in by another source. There is almost no way to escape, and the only attempt one can make is to survive and protect themselves.

While it's obvious The Long Winter still has not been released, that doesn't mean it's over.

A lot from the project is still very salvagable - the .vmf's and textures are still on my computer.

In another time where I have more space in my schedule, and enough people dedicated to make this work, this thing could become a reality someday.

Thank you for sticking with The Long Winter group this long.
