I’ve been tracking my CS2 performance for months, and the pattern is undeniable—if I beat off before bed, my aim and reaction time are significantly worse the next day. Here’s what I’ve noticed:
Slower reactions: Peekers advantage feels impossible. I lose fights I should win.
Brain fog: Game sense feels delayed, like I’m playing in mud.
Confidence drop: Hesitant to take duels, whiff easy shots.
NoFap Streak = God Mode: After 3+ days clean, I’m locked in. Top fragging, crispy flicks, and insane clutches.
Possible Explanations:
Dopamine Drain: Post-nut dopamine drop kills motivation/focus.
Sleep Disruption: Even if I sleep 8 hours, quality feels worse.
Testosterone Myth? (Studies say T spikes after 7 days, but my issue is next-day.)
Anyone else experience this? I’m not a NoFap zealot, but the evidence in my gameplay is too clear to ignore
