I am writing this letter to let you know that I have received your letter requesting my gaming and socializing experience for your new project regarding my bussy. I am really happy with your intelligence and hard work in coming up with this plan. It seems to be a very worthwhile and nearly successful endeavor.

While I appreciate your hard labor, I am sorry to inform you that we have already invested the given funds for this bussy. Therefore we no longer have sufficient funds to complete more projects this year.

I hope that you will send me your proposal again later this year so that we can continue the project next year by including you on our list for the coming year. I hope you will realize our difficulties regarding this matter of accepting your proposal and give me another chance to work with you in the future.
