One of the best video games of all time. There's so much to say about this game and it's expansions. The characters are so nuanced and complex, the city is filled with so much character and such atmosphere. Liberty City is the kind of place that makes you feel the need to take two showers. One for your body, and another for your conscience. For example, the poorest area in the game, is the *only* area in the entire game that has tolls...just to keep those that are in poverty, in poverty. The atmosphere is unparalleled and so capturing.

The only other thing I can say is that the PC port isn't the best, and never has been. It requires a little bit of finagling and a few mods to get going for a true to originally intended experience, but not too much and the game is still arguably playable without any mods or configuring.
