Performs most jobs well and has the habit of checking work outcomes. Madkingz is achieving excellence in some areas but in others is not yet achieving the highest standards. Madkingz habitually plans and sequences own work but not that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role.
