Love this game with all my heart but the Devs really fumbled it big time.

I wanted to see more exploration and maybe even new content, instead were hit with a paywall and a lackluster dlc that most can agree isn't worth the price.

The dlc adds like a couple items, 1 planet and maybe some flora. Their is a story aspect to it I guess..? but I honestly hated that they tried to do that with a game like Astroneer, It feels forced and out of character for a game like this. I would have liked to see them lean more into exploration and discovery such as coming across more randomly generated things/objects like satellites which could give suits/cosmetics, maybe even directions to new planets/solar systems.

On top of that they just announced a new game!! which means we'll most likely never see another major content update for Astroneer ever again!!

This game had so much potential but they went down the microtransaction route...
Wish more game development company's saw their projects as more than just a piggy bank.
