In case you're wondering about criteria, they are as follows.
Gameplay - Addresses general user experience, learning curve, how user-friendly and/or flexible the game's control scheme, etc.
Technical - Addresses stability, bugs, optimisation, setting up, etc.
Content - Addresses the degree of content on offer and replay value.
Quality - Addresses the audio/visual fidelity, story, presentation, etc.
Value - Addresses whether or not prospective player's time and monetary investments are justified.
