In hindsight I wish I didn't build most of these.
My ideal situation would've been playing on my 4790k + 1080ti much longer, then upgrading to a 5800X3D and 7800XT in 2024 to play on for another 10 years.
The gaming laptop was okay, but I could've just played on my wife's PC when I was there, I should've then repurposed that to the media PC, but in my retardation felt like I had to have a separate media PC.

Notes: I love this machine, this was the first PC I built to replace the 4790K + 1080Ti PC, back when intel was still good, DDR4 which was fine and since I repurposed it as a media PC (before I built the one below) I made it look nice, it's such a good and stable PC that I upgraded the 3070 to a 7800XT (it was discounted and it was white, fitting the theme), I might just sell the primary and first backup and just use this instead, that's how much I love it.
