I'm sorry matty99 but I do not have an answer for you. I'm in the process of moving and I'm extremely busy. Make sure you update your video drivers and if you are having a lot of issues at once, you might want to consider reinstalling the game. If not, try to search the net for one problem at a time, starting with the disconnects and more troublesome errors. Hope that helps!

im not trying to be negative, I just dont understand why I have to troubleshoot 90% of the time, lol. my friends trying to google solutions. I just want to play.

you mentioned that you're friends with valve employees. I just bought Insurgency to play with my friend, and every time I go to play, it's like expecting a miracle to just be able to play. Whether it be the random crashes, keyboard configuration changing randomly, or something else that I'm too tired to even try to remember. Am I the minority here?
