Surprisingly the game is fun to play and the story mode is awesome. I'd definitely recommend to give it a try especially if you are into idols and that kind of stuff.
As for cons - it's bit buggy, and became kind of repetitive at some point.

Game is pretty good, and the story is cool,
but game is too short and too easy.
Took 13h for me to complete it on hardest difficulty without ironman mode.

Either valve hired too much Americans or I have no idea how they failed the math.
Valve engineers can't calculate 'average' so enjoy being balanced in a team of soloq players against 5 man stack with the ELO twice as yours. Also enjoy being desync'd, as the player sync is another impossible thing that valve can't fix for decades. Dying behind the walls, missing shots and getting picked with abnormal reactions are the thing you are going to experience nowhere but in the CS2. And remember - what you see is what you get.
