I think this game is the most diverse, engaging, chaotic and fun experience you can have in all of online gaming, it seriously is a gem of gaming in general. i've been playing it for 10 years, and i am completely sure when i say it is my favorite game.

but sadly, in the state that the game is right now, i cannot recommend it. the lack of support from valve, a company that is capable of fixing every issue there is, a corporation with seemingly endless capital to make this game run properly, shows that they are not interested whatsoever in keeping this game alive, they are not putting the effort to make their product be in (even) a decent state. meanwhile, the game is rampant with cheating bots and human players, sometimes even making matches unplayable because the servers are overrun by them.

the community is hopeful that valve will listen, i kinda am too, but in the meantime, if somebody new asks me if trying to play this game a good idea i'm gonna respond the same everytime "dont install tf2 unless you wanna have a really bad time"
