With the release of CS2 I have to give this game a downvote instead.

We were promised a polished game with "more features to come on release", but we essentially got a downgraded version of CS:GO with a lack of features.

What we got was the beta version of the game, still with its major issues, only public for everyone. That's okay and to be expected with a new game. What's not okay is that CS:GO is no longer playable. They essentially rushed the release of CS2 with a LOT of known problems and zero content.

This game is CS:GO but with these pros and cons:

Pros:
- Better hitreg (in most cases)
- Better graphics
- Revamped premiere
- Better demo viewer
- New engine
- Better practice features
- New loadaout and buy system
- Map based comp ranks

Cons:
- Less maps in every mode
- No war games
- No DZ
- Same old ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat
- No unranked
- Worse movement
- Worse netcode (dying behind corners wtf)
- Inconsistent spraying
- Loads of minor bugs
- Worse audio, hard to determine where sounds are coming from
- Worse performance
- Stutters

And the biggest let down of them all: NO NEW PROMISED CONTENT
No new maps, no new collections or cases, no new gamemodes (or old ones), no operation, no reward system (other than a reworked version of the old one). No new AC, so the game is already riddled ith creaters. And they don't communicate at all with the community.

The game has lots of potential and I am sure we will see a lot of new features and other updates in the coming years, but replacing CS:GO for this should be a crime.
