Totally understand my friend. I did have a uhd monitor, it was nice, but at 28"s to big. Have had my gsync for a while now and boy does it improve gameplay. It can go up to your 165 with OCing but 144 will do for me. This card has to be my best buy this year without a doubt. Its banging!!

Awesome card you have, I wanted the same one but they were delays at the time, hence I went for the Seak Hawk. The 1080ti's rock don't they? I am glad you finally got one, you now have one of the fastest cards available :)
I will let you know my highest OC when I go to the Overclockers forum (where I first benched it with a good score). I have not run it OC'd for a while so I can't remember lol.
I also recently upgraded my monitor, you just reminded me to update my profile. I am now gaming at 1440p G Sync IPS monitor @ 165hz. I could never go back to not using G sync now, I absolutely love it. I don't know what took me so long.

Hey, got my msi gaming x 1080ti a few weeks back. The msi live update app reset my bios, so the cpu had a core clock of 800MHz. It is now running at 4.40MHz, and I have to say on a 1440 144Hz monitor, the quality,speed and fps are outstanding. Its a damn good card!! Not as good as yours I suspect.
